Site Evaluations, Preliminary Property Checks and Wetland Evaluations
We understand you are often under a time crunch. It’s best to address everything early but sometimes life happens. Whether it is a failed system, an expired site evaluation or a vacant parcel or lot, we do our best to get to your site as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can simply get us the physical address or tax map number and appropriate contact information and you are on the schedule.
Are you wondering what you can do with a vacant parcel, what type of replacement system you might need, are there wetlands on the property? We can do a preliminary reconnaissance investigation (i.e. “recon”). This will give you the preliminary information you need to make initial decisions in the purchase/ development. A “recon” should be performed by a Class D.3 Site Evaluator and Certified Professional Soil Scientist.
Call or contact us with any questions about your project.
Licensed D.3 Site Evaluator

Accent Environmental, LLC (AE) maintains D.3 Site Evaluator licensure which is the highest licensure tier defined by DNREC. In addition, AE maintains Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) licensure with the national soils certifying body. Scientists recommended!
